Memory Lane Block Party
On Saturday, we threw our second annual Madhappy Block Party. We had the opportunity to host this party right outside of our Melrose Place Pop Up (8459 Melrose Place) and wanted to build upon the foundation we set with last year’s event. The theme this year was Memory Lane – a one night event fueled by community, collaboration, and nostalgia. We joined forces with The Jed Foundation to bring our community together while making a lasting impact. We doubled attendance to over 2,000 people and included all new activations. A live screen-printing station where people had the opportunity to customize any blank or existing Madhappy piece with a new design in a variety of colors. Our classic _____________ makes me Madhappy wall (except this time it was 20 ft. wide). We had a beautiful stage with great lighting and video displays setting the nostalgic mood of Memory Lane. Doing things like this are so important to us as a way to bring people together, greet old friends, meet new friends and enjoy being yourself all the while. Checkout some pictures and videos from the event below and join us in the countdown to next year’s block party.
